Teachers
Teachers at Kidz Academy are trained on-the-job. We have an extensive hiring process that covers training in various topics regarding Early Childhood Education and state licensing requirements. We allow teachers time to continue their education for Career Ladder and CDA (Child Development Associate Credential), as well as regular staff training. Teachers must have the ability to obtain their CPR & First Aid certifications, Food Handler's Permit, and pass FBI fingerprinting and background checks.

Volunteers
We have had many Kidz Academy alumni start their first jobs with us! It's a great chance to get those volunteer hours for school or as a resume builder! All volunteers and staff must pass a background check in order to be at the center in any capacity.
